Support Notice
To increase efficiencies and better serve you, please submit new Global Support cases or check the status of existing ones using our incident tracking system through Deltek's e-Support site.

Whenever possible your call will be routed directly to an analyst, who will assist you. However, in the event all analysts are on other calls, you may be routed to the Support Operator. The Support Operator will take your information and an analyst will return your call as soon as they are available.
Deltek support is only available in English and is available to only those customers on an active support and maintenance plan.
24X7 Emergency Support
Emergency support is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day for emergencies with a production system. 24x7 support is limited to mission critical cases (see severity-level definitions) that affect production software, including a “system down” situation in which you are unable to use the product. Simply call the number above after hours and you will be directed to a representative that will take your information and route your call appropriately.

Although Deltek's Global Support Group is staffed with expert professionals who have the training and expertise to handle any product-related issues, we have also provided you with an alternative means for resolving your concern.
