Training Policies

Payment Policy

Payment is required via credit card to confirm registration for training. Note that payment must be received in order for you to attend your course. Deltek does not issue invoices for training courses.

Registration Confirmation

Please print a copy of your confirmation email and bring it with you to the first day of training. You will receive this confirmation email within 10 days of our receipt of your registration. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please call our training center office at 800.456.2009 x 3.

Cancellation Policy

All changes to registration status must be made in writing to Deltek University. Client receives full refund (100%) of tuition if the client cancels at least seven business days prior to class start-date. Client receives 50% refund of tuition if client cancels less than seven business days prior to class start-date. Client forfeits full (100%) tuition if:

  • Scheduled class is not attended,
  • If cancellation, class transfer or student substitution is not requested by the morning of the first day of the class.

Deltek strongly discourages the purchase of non-refundable airline tickets, as we reserve the right to cancel a class five business days prior to class start-date. Deltek is not responsible for costs incurred for non-refundable airline tickets purchased prior to student receiving written confirmation of their place in the class or if Deltek cancels the class. Deltek reserves the right to cancel a Web seminar three business days prior to seminar date.

Transfer Policy

If a student cannot attend a class, he or she may substitute another person for that class or transfer to a different class. The transferred class must be attended either by student requesting transfer, or a substitute. Students may transfer one time only.

Deltek, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
