Configurable Risk Planning Framework
WelcomRisk provides a highly flexible risk planning framework that can be easily configured to reflect the unique needs of any company, whether project based or not.

Feature Benefit Risk Categories Allows similar types of risks to be grouped. This helps to add structure to the risk management process by encouraging team members to "pigeon hole" risks into easily definable groups. Impact Types Are completely user-defined and represent the ways in which a risk can affect a project (e.g. cost, duration, quality). Each impact type can be configured with a subjective or numeric probability range and severity scale. The probability and severity values are used together to calculate risk scores that can be used for decision making. Risk scores can also be pushed to Deltek WelcomPortfolio for more thorough portfolio ranking. Thresholds Because each company has different sensitivities to risk, each customer defines their own risk thresholds in WelcomRisk to better fit their working environment.
