Deltek Project Excellence Awards
Eligibility Requirements
All Deltek customers worldwide with Deltek solutions that are live or in production may submit nominations. Customers may submit nominations for multiple Deltek projects and implementations.
Deltek partners worldwide may submit nominations on behalf of their customers, if their customers agree in writing to take part in the Deltek Project Excellence Awards program. We encourage our partners to nominate their deserving customers who have used Deltek to drive business benefits within their organizations. Deltek solutions must be live or in production. Partners may submit nominations for multiple Deltek projects and implementations.
Nomination Process
Customers and partners interested in submitting a nomination can complete a form online, or download the form in Word format. While we have streamlined the nomination form for the 2010 awards program, we encourage those organizations submitting nominations to fill out the form in its entirety and to provide as many details as possible about their use of Deltek products. It is highly recommended that customers focus on the differentiating factors that made their use of Deltek products notable using the award descriptions above as a guide. As nominations are reviewed, we may ask customers for more details on their Deltek story to further clarify information in an attempt to identify the best candidates.
Customers and partners can begin submitting nomination forms on October 28, 2009, and nominations will be accepted through January 31, 2010.
Judging Process
Nomination forms will be reviewed by a distinguished panel of experts including industry thought leaders and Deltek product and implementation experts. All nominations will be judged objectively. Those nominations that most closely follow the criteria listed above for each award will stand the best chance of being selected.
The judging panel will select the finalists and the award winners. All finalists will be notified by March 1, 2010 and winners will be notified by March 19, 2010. Both finalists and winners will be recognized publicly in May, including at Deltek Insight 2010, May 17 – 20 in Washington, DC.
