Holly C. Kortright joined Deltek in 2006 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Holly leads Deltek's global human resources team delivering innovative, best-in-class programs that are helping to drive growth and make Deltek a great place to work. Holly oversees Human Capital Management for Deltek worldwide including Deltek University, recruiting, compensation and benefits, talent management and development, performance management, internal communications, acquisition integration, philanthropy and administration. Holly works directly with the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors concerning executive compensation and human capital management. With 20 years of experience in leading human resource initiatives for several world-class organizations, Holly brings strong leadership skills in human resources, consulting and organizational development to Deltek's executive leadership team.

Previously, Holly was Vice President of Human Resources at Capital One Financial Corporation where she led a team of consultants in providing strategic human resource guidance, generalist support and change management expertise to the company's global IT enterprise. Holly also led a special corporate project to change the entire job and compensation structure for Capital One. Prior to this role, Holly was responsible for all aspects of Leadership Development including Executive Coaching, Corporate Talent Review, Executive Performance Management and Promotions, New Leader Assimilation, and Leadership Development Programs.

Holly has held a variety of positions at Mobil Oil Corporation, Hay Group, and Anderson Consulting with emphasis on organizational development, leadership development, human resources, change management, consulting, and business process reengineering.

Holly has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University. Holly also earned an Executive Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and a Change Management Certificate from Darden College of Business at the University of Virginia. Holly is a Board Member of the Equal Footing Foundation.
